Boardettes - She Shreds Online NOW!

Our friends at Boardettes have been to visit numerous She Shredders sessions that take place in Brighton every Thursday evening, 5.30-7.30pm, to film for a new project.

The result is 'She Shreds'! A short film following UK professional skater, Lucy Adams as she teaches and introduces women of all ages to the world of skateboarding. Following Sportivate’s Brighton She Shredders as they gather each week to develop their skills, the film explores what it is about this adrenaline packed sport that gets you hooked for life.

The Brighton She Shredders are going from strength to strength! ITV meridian came down to one of our sessions just before Christmas and filmed the girls in action! We made the cut and were on the telly a couple of weeks ago!

These girls are really pushing themselves and there passion for skating is right up there! They're putting me to shame with the amount of time they're spending on their boards. Mega shout outs for everyone who helped make this happen, including Brighton and Hove City Council, Brighton Youth Centre and of course the Brighton She Shredders
